Cheetah Fair
The Cheetah Fair is on the PTA’s largest events of the year. It is a wonderful family event that provides fun for the whole family. The fair will have games, prizes, food, moon bounces, raffles and surprises for all. This is one event where all areas of the school are used from the cafeteria, gym and classrooms. Such a large event requires team effort on the part of parents, teachers and PTA volunteers. This is an event your kids won’t want to miss!

Cheetah Fit
Programs and initiatives available to students and their families, such as Bootcamp and Walk to School Wednesdays. Participation in these events will help students show their support for a lifetime of health and fitness

Earth Week
Students participate in daily eco-friendly activities such as recycling projects, No-Trash Tuesdays and Walk-2-School Wednesdays.

Family Fun Nights
Enjoy a night out having fun with the kids. Family Fun Nights are held monthly on Friday nights. Events this year include the Book Character Dance, Bingo Night, a February Dance, Basketball Game, International Night and an Ice Cream Social/Book Swap.

Family Portraits
Families will have the opportunity to take a family photo just in time for the holidays.

Garden of Discovery
Cedar Point’s Garden of Discovery serves as an enrichment to the normal instructional program at school.

Holiday Live Auction and Spaghetti Dinner
New this year! Enjoy a night out with or without the kids for a lively night while eating dinner and participating in a live auction of class baskets, craft projects and other items.

Market Day
Do some of your grocery shopping through our school! Our school will earn a profit year- round by offering you a selection of over 160 restaurant-quality foods designed to meet busy lifestyles at competitive prices. The selection of foods includes: kid-friendly snacks, quick-cook entrees and sides, healthy choices, and indulgent desserts.

Spirit Dining
Once a month forget cooking dinner and take the family out for dinner while supporting our local businesses and our school. Some favorite dining places have included Chick-fil-A, Swirlies and Chuck-E-Cheeses.

Space Week
Space Week is a week long event that consists of activities relating to space exploration. Hands- on exhibits, classroom workshops, a portable planetarium, and special presentations are part of the week long activities. Space week inspires the students of Cedar Point to realize the vision of our space pioneers, and introduces them to the wonders of the universe.

Spring Fun Run
A 1-mile Fun Run and 5K Race through the Braemar neighborhood is a fun way to get out and get some exercise with family, friends and the staff at Cedar Point.

Student Enrichment Program (SEP)
After school programs that provide students additional academic, artistic and physical enrichment to Cedar Point students. Classes vary by session and price but generally include sports, art, drama, language arts, chess and science related classes. read more...
