Cheetah Fair – OCTOBER 15

pumpkinsThe Cedar Point PTA is excited about our plans for Cheetah Fair in a few short weeks!  Think pumpkins, hay bales, cotton candy, and more.  Save the date for October 15 from 10:00am-1:00pm for some fun fall festival activities, like bounce houses, a petting zoo, pony rides, concessions, games.  Bring your friends and family!  Wristbands will be $10/child.

We are also doing a PUMPKIN FUNDRAISER!  Please turn in this Cheetah Fair form Form through your child’s teacher to purchase a pumpkin from Yankey Farms through the PTA for $6.00/each.

If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please click here.  The CPES PTA encourages 5th graders to volunteer, but they MUST be accompanied by a parent.  High schoolers are welcome to volunteer as well!

Great Turnout for Pancake Breakfast!

Once again, we want to thank everyone that stopped by and had breakfast with us on Saturday morning!  It was a great turnout and we were so appreciative of everyone that stepped up to help with set up, clean up, cooking, greeting.  Lots of us left with full bellies and fabulous door prizes!

If you missed the breakfast, I (Samantha Allen, PTA President), gave a quick presentation about PTA and what it is we provide for our students.  You can check out the powerpoint slides here.  We are currently sorting through all the participation forms we’ve gotten back from you and will be reaching out to those that stepped up to help.  Bear with us as we sort though it all.  And thank you!
